
Everybody knows I’m a big fan of FOX’s hit show “24;” so, naturally I’m disappointed to wait another year for the show’s return because of the ongoing WGA strike. Luckily, as a fan of HBO’s “The Sopranos,” I had to wait just as long between those seasons.
Ken Levine, one of those striking writers, was kind enough to share the first hours of 24’s new season on his blog.
The following takes place between 1:00pm and 2:00pm …
It’s one year later. In an effort to slow down his life, Jack quits CTU and joins the US Post Office, assigned to the Culver City Branch. He’s making the adjustment well. For the entire hour, he helps just one customer. She needs change.

He finally says “next,” and his next customer is former colleage/computer geek/charm school drop out Chloe.
